1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, and using any applications developed by Two Pine Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.

Two Pine Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Two Pine Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue our apps without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements we provide you will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Two Pine Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
